openvpn legacy restart

use the root crontab or you'll go crazy trying to bend the nobody one from the GUI:

crontab -e

/usr/local/sbin/pluginctl -s openvpn restart 3 >> /tmp/cron_openvpn_restart.log 2>&1

you get the ID needed for restart from the row_id in the connection list (dev tools)
